Headquartered in central Michigan, Advanced Records Management is positioned to send and receive virtually unlimited volumes of records nationally over the road, rail, air, or even by barge. The facility is a gated campus that is also located within a US Army Base for extra security.

ARM provides all of these services in their 43,000 square foot facility that boasts 31,000 square feet for paper document storage, 7,000 square feet of fenced in space for secure document destruction, and a state of the art 5,000 square foot document processing center and server farm. This type of facility allows for seamless and secure transition of paper documents from transport and delivery to storage to scanning to shredding. Being environmentally conscious, not only does ARM store, scan, and shred, but also recycles everything they bring in.
