Nebraska ESU Affiliated Schools ONLY
The 2012 Paper Catalog will be available to schools by February 8, 2012, 10:00 am CST. Please check with your local ESU to verify order deadline (will be no later that March 1, 2012, 4:00 pm CST).
Schools may order electronically from the Nebraska ESU Cooperative Purchasing Application Suite (NECPAS). The 2011 Paper Catalog is now Available, in pdf format, on the NECPAS system or by clicking below.

2012 Paper Order Worksheet
All orders must be submitted electronically using the NECPAS system, user name and password required. Please contact your local ESU for more information. You may also download/print the detailed instructions for submitting an order and using the Auction feature.
NECPAS requires a user name and password. This login information will be e-mailed directly to the schools. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your local ESU or contact Nebraska ESU Cooperative Purchasing at 1-800-584-802.
