Orders may be submitted online, by fax, by mail, or by phone. All orders must include current pricing obtained through the online system. User names and passwords are required to use the online system.

Step One: Register at CDWG
Step Two: Send Email to Josh Savage at joshsav@cdwg.com
Include:
a. Your User Name (created by you when you "Create E-Account")
b. Your Name
c. Your Title
d. Your Billing Address
e. Your Shipping Address
f. Your Official School Email Address
Step Three: Josh will email confirmation of account to you.
Navigation:
1. At CDWG Website ("Technology Catalog Online" above), click "My Account"
2. Enter user name and password (successful login will be confirmed)
3. Click "My Organization" (upper left) *you will be taken to your personal home page indicated by Extranet Customized for "your name"
4. You are now ready to search products and prices and submit orders online by adding items to your shopping cart
Important Reminders:
1. To view Contract Price, YOU MUST CLICK ON UNDERLINED PRODUCT NAME
2. To buy at Contract Price with free shipping, choose "Buy Off Contract"
3. At billing options menu, choose School as "bill to" (not yourself)
4. Under Pay Method, go to bottom of options and choose "Net 30 Day Terms"
5. Choose Ship Method that says $0 (ground shipping), unless you want to pay for different method
6. At completion of order, print order confirmation page.
Please Note: Apple Products (software and hardware) are not included in this AEPA Technology Buy. Schools must order Apple products direct for the Apple Company. Please contact your Apple representatives for ordering and pricing information.
Submitting orders via mail, fax, or phone:
You must submit an initial purchase order to CDWG via hard copy along with the following Request for Verbal Purchase Order Form. Once CDWG has this information, they will set up an account that will allow you to order via phone.

Merchandise will be shipped directly to the schools. CDW-G will bill the schools directly. All price lists include a 2% NE ESU Coop Administrative Fee and shipping.
