All bids must be submitted through the Nebraska ESU Cooperative Purchasing Suite (NECPAS) via the Internet. Submitting a bid using a hard copy will render the bid non-compliant and therefore disqualified. See bid terms and conditions for additional information.

Please Note: Previous year awards will not be used to determine current year awards. When the Bid requests samples or product specifications, a new samples and/or product spec sheet must be submitted for the current year. If sample and/or product specifications are not received, vendor bid may be disqualified, regardless of awards made in previous years.
