The Educator's Virtual Mentor (EVM) is a product developed to assist in the development of instructional leadership skills for principals, instructional coaches, and mentors; basically any instructional leader can improve her/his skills by using the online tools provided with EVM. The tools provided allow for instructional leaders to help mentor new teachers, also it assists teachers to develop personal growth plans, professional learning communities, for appraisal assistance, and if need be for directed growth plans for teachers in critical assistance.
For any district that purchases through the NE ESU Cooperative program, the new, low cost is $500 per building. Schools where EVM has videotaped will have the even lower price of $250 per building. Schools must designate that they want to participate in this program before they purchase to get Coop pricing.
