Go to the School Specialty website and follow the instructions for registration. Please make sure to enter "AEPA Request" in the Additional Information section of the registration form (this will ensure that you receive special pricing). Once you have registered, you will receive you user name and password and may begin using the system to access pricing and submit orders.

2011 Teacher Requisition Form:
This form contains several of the top-selling products that are widely used by schools. This requisition form can be used by teachers to quickly select items, at special AEPA/Coop pricing. Orders can be submitted online (as directed above) or Official Purchase orders can be mailed or faxed to School Specialty (see below for additional information).
