Prime Vendor Custodial Program
January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008
This program offers schools the availability of custodial supplies
and equipment year-round, with direct ordering, delivery and
billing. Bids are taken by product line based on the vendors "full
house". Two vendors are selected through the bid process, each
serving a predetermined portion of the state. The prime
vendors for the Nebraska ESU Cooperative Purchasing Custodial
Program are:
Nogg Chemical &
Paper serves the
eastern half of the state, including Kearney.
Ideal Linen Supply serves the western half of the state,
including Grand Island.

* The 2 halves overlap between Kearney and Grand Island, and
north and south of the same area, to insure product and service
availability to the schools in this middle Nebraska area. See
the Regional Map below to see which service region your school lies
in.
Regional Map
Product price lists are delivered from each vendor to their
respective schools prior to the opening of the purchase window.
School orders, direct delivery and billing are all handled by the
vendor. Nebraska Coop monitors sales and reports each school's
activity to the administration.
These prime vendors also offer in-service workshops and product
shows for custodians throughout the year.
